If I could give this class 10 stars I would! Sydney is such a sweetheart and has the best energy ever!! I love her proprietary workout. It has such a fun and unique blend of cardio, Pilates, yoga and some dance. There's no other class I've seen like it, and it really works your butt off!

Really fun class that's a total body workout. While there are some yoga moves, you don't have to love yoga to enjoy the class. Great instructor, full of energy. Definitely recommend!
