First time doing Piloxing, I am of average fitness and very much enjoyed this class. Made to feel comfortable on arrival and didnt feel the tempo was too strenuous but burnt through the calories! Would definitely recommend this workout.

Fun and challenging mix of ballet and boxing! Vanessa is sweet and upbeat. Didn't sweat much as it's more about small controlled movements and targeting specific muscle groups, but I feel stretchy like after yoga and will probably be sore tomorrow. Recommend!

Great fitness class! Vanessa was really sweet and energetic and the new space is awesome. I really like that there were elements of a classic ballet class, barre fitness and a small amount of boxing. Nothing high impact so it's great if you have injuries.
