A fast-paced ever-evolving environment that brings focus to functional training using body weight resistance, with an emphasis on core stability. Vélos combines elements of Tabata Training, plyometrics, and TRX. By training your body using multi-joint and multi-muscle exercises, Vélos will prepare you for everyday activities and movement, while preventing and/or reducing injury.
