Vélos, the Greek word for arrow, is an athletic blend of cardiovascular/respiratory endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, agility, and balance. More than that it’s a platform for continuous progression of mind and body as no 2 classes are ever the same. Vélos is an opportunity to work with integrity and ultimately step into your potential.

A fast-paced ever-evolving environment that brings focus to functional training using body weight resistance, with an emphasis on core stability. Vélos combines elements of Tabata Training, plyometrics, and TRX. By training your body using multi-joint and multi-muscle exercises, Vélos will prepare you for everyday activities and movement, while preventing and/or reducing injury.
